Suzan Brinker has dedicated her career to helping higher education initiatives build strong value propositions and communicating them to the right audiences. Having served as Director of Marketing at both Penn State and Northeastern University, Suzan is excited to lead consulting projects because it gives her the chance to help a variety of institutions reach their strategic goals. She enjoys collaborations that help colleges and universities refine their positioning and program strategy to achieve differentiation in an increasingly competitive market.
Maureen O. Hall
PARTNER and DIRECTOR
Maureen Hall is a higher education professional with 30 years of experience managing business school programs and student affairs. She has experience working for private and public institutions. Maureen has been successful in enhancing student and faculty engagement with her office through establishing relationships built on trust, respect, and open communication.


Khusro Kidwai
ADVISOR
Khusro Kidwai, Ph.D., is a seasoned higher education administrator with demonstrated leadership and management experience in professional, continuing, online, and international education. Throughout his career he has dedicated himself to creating access to educational and credentialing opportunities for learners of diverse profiles. He has a track record of entrepreneurship in credit and non-credit program development. He has experience in strategic planning and change management. He is committed to innovation in teaching, learning, and curriculum development based in the learning sciences.
Gregory Milton
PARTNER and DIRECTOR
Greg brings 30 years’ experience in the professional development, training and academic education field to his focus on creating innovative lifelong learning opportunities for all learners. He employs an entrepreneurial approach to facilitating teams, always seeking to better achieve objectives, more efficiently and with higher quality, objectives that provide student-centric success through market-driven digital learning opportunities and enrollment growth.


Andrea Morris
PARTNER and DIRECTOR
Andrea Morris has a twenty-five-year history working to create systems for sound policy making in and on-behalf of urban communities. She understands and recognizes the relationship between resilient outcomes and the process by which they are formulated and believes that collaboration between public, private and academia is the underpinning for effective, responsive, and resilient policies. Her work involves identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities and risks and exploring and advancing economic opportunities that include social, educational, technical, and physical impacts.
Jarrod K. Murray
PARTNER
Jarrod K. Murray is a distance learning administrator, and project manager. Jarrod’s career has covered academic administration and corporate leadership. He specializes in talent management, developing and managing of distance learning programs. Jarrod has worked as a Human Resources Consultant as well as a university administrator in the office of Extended Learning and in the Center for eLearning. He also served on multiple state led committees as well as local university steering committees. Jarrod’s diverse background in both private and public work sectors gives him a unique perspective.

Mark Atkinson
Mark brings extensive experience developing outreach programs and online learning within higher ed. He has taught online, led teams of instructional technologists, and built and managed multiple endorsements, certificates, and degree programs from needs analysis to design to implementation.
Lesa Briggs
With over 30 years in higher education, Lesa provides expertise in student affairs, enrollment management and admissions. Her specialization includes financial aid and financial literacy advising for students.
Beth Bruner
Beth is a higher education professional providing curriculum and instructional design, program implementation, and change management support. She has over 12 years experience working specifically with prelicensure healthcare programs in higher education.

Justin Camputaro
With more than 20 years of progressive responsibility overseeing student governance, co-curricular activities, and college union management, Justin provides expertise in leadership training and strategic planning, including campus programming, recreation, and risk management.
Audra DeLaney
Providing expertise in higher ed marketing, communications, admissions, enrollment, and student support, Audra's experience stretches from public research universities to liberal arts colleges running a highly-regarded study away program. Audra also consultants with Viv Web Solutions for strategic planning, copy writing, and digital marketing projects.
Kristin Denver
Kristin has worked as an Instructional Designer for over six years and has supported thousands of users in over 50 public and private organizations for the adoption of academic technologies and course-design, through best practices implementation.
Lucy Maillette
With a career of management success in higher education, Lucy has led new academic initiatives, program development, and process improvement in independent colleges and state universities. She takes a collaborative, innovative, results-oriented and boundary-spanning approach to her current work in accreditation, evaluation, and change management.
Obi Orakwue
An instructional designer with multiple years of experience in crafting talent development solutions for learners in the technology, non-profit, and professional services industries, Obi brings expertise in developing eLearning and instructor-led training materials as well as managing small to medium-sized instructional design projects.
Emily Pinette
Working for 10-years in public relations and marketing, Emily now specializes in career services, professional development and alumni relations for colleges and universities. She builds scalable programs, volunteer relationships, and overall strategies to help institutions meet their goals with both internal and external constituencies.
Kristin Taylor
Kristin is a student success consultant, author and executive coach. Her book and course re:MIND is currently in use by multiple institutions to address mounting levels of depression and anxiety among students. Kristin designs and delivers individual and group training, mentoring and digital coaching interventions for non-profits, colleges and universities.
Phil Tietjen
With more than 20 years experience as a learning designer and instructor (instructional design, technical writing, and composition), Phil has also conducted five years of postdoctoral research with a primary focus studying active learning spaces. His specialties include instructional design and development and emerging learning technologies.
